Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant to the Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Position: Executive Assistant to the Country Manager.
2️⃣ Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately, and ensuring timely responses to emails, calls, and other correspondence.
3️⃣ Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings with the Country Manager, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
4️⃣ Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries for the Country Manager, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas, ensuring all arrangements align with preferences and requirements.
5️⃣ Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, including managing expenses, processing invoices, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
6️⃣ Project Assistance: Assist the Country Manager in managing various projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
7️⃣ Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Country Manager professionally and effectively.
8️⃣ Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to the Country Manager as needed, including personal tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum experience 2-3 years.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Willingness to work extended hours and travel occasionally as needed.
