Job Description
A candidate with decent written, writing, and speaking skills in English is required for providing top-level assistance for high-level executives at ValYou Consulting. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and comfortable with scheduling meetings, responding to emails, taking follow-ups, and performing other tasks on behalf of the executives. Additionally, this individual should be able to draft documents and help with meeting preparations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for executives
- Aiding executives in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Drafting slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
- Following up with the team, banks, and other service providers
Qualifications & Past Experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
