Job Description
This is a full-time executive associate role working for the C level. As an executive associate, you will support the executives in their day-to-day tasks and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. This is a hybrid role based in Karachi, offering flexibility for some remote work within the North American time zone.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
