Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Backup Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and prioritize tasks for efficient workflow.
- Support the executive team in coordinating and planning business events and conferences.
- Maintain a professional and confidential working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
