Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Al Mannan Builders. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, preparing meals, designing menus, and supervising kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing a kitchen and kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to design creative and appealing menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Passion for creating high-quality food and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
