Job Description
Job Purpose
- To assist the Compliance function in implementing compliance and control framework ensuring all departments comply
- Oversee compliance mechanisms to protect organizational identity and business interests in alignment with guidelines and laws
- Provide systematic approach to evaluate and improve Compliance effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Responsibilities:
- Organize & implement compliance management system
- Formulate & implement annual compliance management plan
- Execute compliance inspection projects from planning to report finalization
- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks
- Investigate non-compliances/violations
- Coordinate with departments to rectify compliance issues
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/LLB/LLM
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Job Specific Skills:
- Familiarity with Telecom legal and regulatory framework
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, result-oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Relationship building and teamwork abilities
