Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Coordinator at CCL Pharmaceuticals located in Lahore District. The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the executive team. Daily tasks may include managing schedules, coordinating travel, planning meetings, generating reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate communication between the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience as an Executive Coordinator or in a similar administrative role preferred with 4-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulations is a plus
