Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Executive role at Coral Reef, located in Lahore with the flexibility for some remote work. The Executive’s day-to-day tasks will include overseeing market research projects, managing projects and timelines, leading research teams, developing and implementing research methodologies, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. The Executive will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, and staying up-to-date with the latest research techniques and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques, tools, and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and timelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading research teams and supervising staff
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in the Retail or Consumer Goods industry is a plus
