• Be responsible for facilities management, Space Optimization, and commercial utilization of properties.

• Facilities management R&M Building Vendor Management Janitor & Housekeeping
• Space Optimization to enhance employee productivity, and a great workplace experience.
• Manage, report, track and improve metrics for internal/External stakeholders.
• Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, repairing/requisition new equipment and supplies as needed.
• Exchanges visits, ensuring R&M and clean environment
