Job Description
Department & Function: NOMC
Position: Executive Field Audit
Location: Islamabad
Reporting to: Sr. Manager Cost Control & Contracts
Job Type: Contractual
Job Purpose:
- To perform audit of physical sites , processes and invoices part in NOMC department to identify gaps and gives recommendations to bridge the gaps and improvements
Job Responsibilities:
- Physical Sites Audit (NWD) w.r.t Audit Policy of NOMC.
- Physical Audit of MS vendors Warehouses on monthly basis.
- Physical Audit of Fuel stations, Fueling teams and Vehicles on quarterly basis.
- Audit of operational processes and invoices /UACs of MS vendors
- Special projects assigned by NOMC for energy optimization and Cost savings.
- Quarterly surprise audits to be conducted by HQ Audit team and feedback to be shared with regional teams on Audit quality DG
- Overhauling workshops Audit MS vendor resources Audit on quarterly basis
- Publishing weekly tracker of audits and follow up with all relevant teams for resolution of issues.
- Weekly / Monthly reports (MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint & MS Visio based) submission to management.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering domain
- MBA would be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years field operations experience is must.

Skills – Job Specific:
- Excellent command on MS Office.
