Job Description

Job Purpose:
- To support in the KPI/OKR setting and evaluation for HQ commercial, Technical, Support, and Regional RGMs, and all relevant DDs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in the target setting exercise (Annual and Interim) of all respective departments.
- Contribute to the strategic design, management, and implementation of OKR Target evaluations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop a dashboard for KPIs/OKRs and metrics to track the performance of all respective departments.
- Verify evidences received from departments against their OKR targets and calculate the respective KPIs/OKRs departmental/individual score.
- Monitor and report approved KPIs/OKRs score to various CFT stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis as per management instructions. Continuously improve OKR quality alignment with industry best practices.
- Initiate improvements for the automation of the current KPIs/OKRs target setting and evaluation model.
- Highlight all areas of target lapse to management on a timely basis.
- Support the Financial Analysis team in other additional tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):
Education:
- A minimum of CA (Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW, CIMA, or MBA Finance is required.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
Skills – Generic:

- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Skills – Job Specific:
- Strong understanding of the telecommunication industry and the opportunities and challenges in the local market.
- Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to use analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc. will be preferred.
