Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Executive HR. This exciting role involves significant travel both within the city and to offsite locations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily hiring processes.
- Manage employee documentation and issue necessary letters.
- Oversee attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and related issues.
- Address employee inquiries on a regular basis.
Competencies & Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
