IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Primarily responsible for 24/7 CRM Support (Maximo), Deployment of CRs, Testing of CRs, Conducting UATs, Deployment Activities and Systems monitoring.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure service availability of Maximo.
- Level 2 IT support engineer for CRM Stack Applications Maximo &NA-C, working in coordination with Level 3 vendor support.
- Configuration and Development.
- Data analysis and reconciliation
- Identifying System bugs and their resolution
- UATs and Deployments
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Must have Master/4 years Bachelor degree in computer science.
- At least one year experience from a reputable Organization.
- Basic knowledge of CRM application and inventory.
Competencies
- Oracle Development (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Expertise in Linux commands and Shell Scripting.
- Maximo Application configuration and administration.
- Interacting with Linux platform.
