IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Ensure implementation of effective and efficient customer relationship management at the assigned Joint Shop in accordance with company’s guidelines.
- Implement and monitor CS policies/procedures & performance objectives.
- Ensure new sales, revenue enhancement, cross selling and customer retention activities are carried out by utilizing maximum potential of teams without compromising customer experience.

- Complete assigned tasks & projects.
- Ensure service quality compliance, revenue compliance and service efficiency compliance.
- Understand business center manager role’s dynamics..
- Ensure compliance of shop standards
