Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain House is on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Manager to lead our hotel operations and elevate guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various hotel departments, recruiting and training personnel, addressing guest grievances, formulating marketing strategies, and managing financial budgets.
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business; a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must have 8-15 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs250,00.00 per month.
