Job Description
Job Description: The Executive Manager of Application Support oversees branch banking operations, reports to the Head of the Business Support Group (BSG), addresses customer queries, conducts reconciliations, maintains Management Information Systems (MIS), and facilitates coordination with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely customer support and resolution for queries within agreed upon Turnaround Time (TAT) across all help request (HR) work codes.
- Monitor system health daily.
- Identify and implement solutions to software issues.
- Manage user IDs within stipulated TAT.
- Support branch banking operations until closure, including during special operations such as month-end or year-end processes.
- Respond to all client queries received via email (internal/external).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of support function experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in handling user queries professionally.
- Result-oriented with ability to handle stress, self-drive, and flexibility.
