Job Description
Apex Aura Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Executive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help lead our marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
– Quickly grasp job principles and processes with a passion for marketing and continuous improvement.
– Hire, manage, and track marketing team performance daily, addressing and resolving team issues efficiently.
– Exhibit expertise in English writing and communication skills.
– Assist management in managing Instagram marketing operations.
Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
– At least 1 year of team management experience.
– Experience in remote job roles and managing remote teams.
– Proven experience in building and managing teams for peak performance.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Location: Remote (Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon-Sat)
Salary: Base Salary 30-40K + Bonuses
