IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
· Be responsible for office maintenance, Space Optimization and commercial utilization of properties.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Feasibility assessments and site inspection.
- Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Facilities.
- Preparing and implementing project plans.
- Creates detailed blueprints to achieve safe and technical specifications.
- Develop, Design and plan New sites and preparation of BOQ.
- Assess the potential risks of specific projects.
- Conducting research, and reporting on Civil project status.
- Good understanding of design and construction processes and Implementing HSE guidelines to reduce work hazards.
- Strengthening of Weak Building Structures
- Make sure all buildings and infrastructure are safe to use.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- BS Civil /DAE Civil
Competencies:
- Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
- AutoCAD/Photoshop/Sketchup /Loomian.
- MS Office.
- Structure Knowledge and Expertise.
- BOQ Preparation and Execution.
