Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive in the Payables Department at Tufail MultiChem Industries (Pvt) Ltd, located in Karachi. The Executive in the Payables Department will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and processing payments in a timely manner. The candidate is also responsible for contacting vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure that payments are made accurately. Additionally, the candidate will organize and maintain proper financial records and ensure that all records are kept confidential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP is preferred) systems is a plus.
