Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our daily production operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will monitor production efficiency and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include maintaining production records, generating reports, and supervising and training production staff.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG production. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of food safety standards, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00 – Rs110,00 per month
