Job Description
MicroTech Group is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Project Coordinator to support executive leadership and oversee project execution using agile methodologies. This role involves managing executive operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on ongoing projects.
- Take minutes and prepare reports during meetings.
- Manage correspondence and prioritize tasks for management.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint goals.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Min 2 years as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.
- Strong command of productivity and project management tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
