Job Description
The Sales Operations Executive role acts as a bridge between sales and order fulfillment working to align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfillment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Finance teams to forecast sales targets and budgets accurately.
- Warehouse space management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stocks to customers.
- Generate and maintain various reports related to warehouse expenses and transportation of stocks to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Visit the warehouse location for compliance with policy and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
