Job Description
Aziz Group of Industries is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for the executive. Your primary responsibilities will include managing communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle emails and phone calls.
- Manage diaries and appointments.
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Organize events and conferences.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role required.
