Job Description

Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic and thriving organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO in a fast-paced and challenging environment. We are a forward-thinking company committed to excellence and innovation, making this an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial functions for the CEO, including maintaining a diary of appointments and establishing and maintaining files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and expense reconciliation.
  • Plan and organize meetings and events, including all-hands, offsite, and team events.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials.
  • Assist in day-to-day projects and assignments as needed.
  • Manage visitors and high-volume calendars.
  • Perform other related duties to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the CEO’s secretariat.

Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage time and workload efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying and challenging demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Location: Karachi

Qualification: Minimum graduate from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Professional Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/multinational organization.
