Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive – Telesales at foodpanda. As an Executive – Telesales, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective customers and providing them with information about our products and services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential leads and nurturing them into sales opportunities
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicating their value to customers
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
