Job Description
Regular Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of medical equipment and particular responsibilities within the specialties of the appointee.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance inspections, commissions, and tests in accordance with departmental procedures/work instructions.
- Technical Inspection of Medical Equipment / Spares / Consumables to ensure they meet requirements.
- Installation and commissioning of new Medical Equipment.
- Deliver training sessions to users and colleagues as per requirement.
- Monitor vendor performance during warranty and post-warranty period.
- Ensure proper safety standards for medical equipment at AKUH.
- Provide timely feedback on tasks and work orders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Relevant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
