Job Description
We are Crossnotch Private Limited, seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our remote team. As an SB Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback for product improvement.
Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Laptop and quality headset
- Stable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps)
Desired Skills: Proficient with computers, strong multitasking, target-driven, motivated, and willingness to work night shifts.
Pay: Rs5,00 – Rs120,00 per month
