Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Expert in Contact Center Operations & Experience Management. As an Expert in this field, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our contact center operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, including monitoring performance metrics, managing workforce planning, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of contact center operations, including call routing, system administration, and quality assurance. You must also possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
