Job Description
TCB is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Faisalabad to manage inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. The role includes addressing product questions (mattresses, toppers, bedding, clearance), converting chats into COD orders, confirming customer details, sharing pricing, discounts, and delivery times, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch, and handling complaints, returns, and follow-ups. Maintain daily records and comply with SOPs.
- Requirements: minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Fluent Urdu; basic English a plus
- CSR or online sales experience preferred; familiar with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, and Instagram DMs
- Honest, punctual; full-time, shift-based
