Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Expert Technical Support at Jazz. As an Expert Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting customers in the installation and configuration of technical systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing timely feedback to the management team for process improvement.

To excel in this role, you should have solid technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Previous experience in technical support and a deep understanding of various computer systems, software, and hardware are essential.
