Job Description
Paragon Laboratories, a leading nutraceutical export based in Lahore, is currently seeking a highly motivated Export Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and expanding the company’s products to international markets, including approaching international brands.
The Export Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve targets and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Heading Export Sales & Marketing Team
- Developing and writing business plans
- Managing export of Nutraceutical Medicine & Food Supplement
- Conducting market research and visiting clients on site
- Organizing and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Identifying selling possibilities and seeking out new sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services
- Creating reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
- Negotiating deals and handling complaints or objections
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Gathering feedback from customers and sharing with internal team
- Performing any other task assigned by the Management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of international markets’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical sector
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Experience in B2B selling at the corporate level
- Ability to analyze sales and market data
- Development of Sales objectives
- Responsible and professional attitude
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
