About the Role:
As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for driving global market expansion and business development initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enter new markets, establishing strong business relationships, and optimizing export operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis for international expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors and partners.
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with international counterparts.
- Optimize export logistics in collaboration with supply chain teams.
- Manage export budgets and financial performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven 4/5-year and above experience as an Export Manager in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and shipping processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems.
