Job Description
- Coordinate with a client regarding documents and cargo readiness.
- Create Bill of Lading, Airway bill, and follow up with airlines/Shipping Lines.
- Dispatch shipping documents, handle export queries, and manage day-to-day operations.
- Communicate with foreign agents for rate negotiations and quotation.
- Create and check HBL specifications, add MBL details, and send pre-alert documents.
Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is a must.
