Job Description
Role Description
- Must have 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in export documentation
- Export data Marketing analysis
- Negotiate and manage Export carrier contracts, trucking, full container loads, LC
- Freight Arrangement
- Customer prospecting
- Export Sales Recording
- Export Planning
- Export Packing material
- Export Bags inventory control
- Export documentation
- Dealing with SGS, BVT or any other inspection and Fumigation company
- Export Refinance Part-1 & Part-2 documentation
- Weekly customer aging (Send to Customer via email)
- L/C
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office and export-specific software
- Experience in logistics and shipping is a plus
