Job Description
We at Shark Innovations Labs (Al Sharqi Shipping) are seeking an Export Shipment Coordinator to oversee proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export process efficiently
- Liaise with internal departments for timely order fulfillment
- Prepare and manage export documentation accurately
- Stay updated on regulations and tariffs
- Coordinate with customs brokers for smooth clearance
- Resolve clearance issues promptly
- Arrange transportation and track shipments
- Act as primary customer contact
- Address inquiries and identify risks
- Analyze processes for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters in Supply Chain Management
- 2 years of Logistics & Freight Forwarding experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good team player with time management skills
