Job Description
MHR is actively seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems, ensuring seamless functionality through effective preventive maintenance protocols.
In this role, you will collaborate with vendors, manage financial budgets, and maintain adherence to health and safety regulations. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, combined with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, is required for this position.
