Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team. As a Facilities Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities management team and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our facility.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining facility files and records, coordinating facility maintenance and repairs, assisting with budgeting and purchasing, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Prior experience in facilities management or a similar role is preferred.
