Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Monitor production metrics and make adjustments to improve efficiency
- Manage accounting transactions and closings
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Manage stock control and reconcile data storage system
- Plan work rotes, assign tasks, and produce regular reports and statistics
