Job Description
Company Description: Established since 1990 in Lahore, Duraflow Plastics Pvt Ltd. is a leading manufacturing company in Pakistan specializing in water tanks, pipes, electric conduit pipes, textile sliver cans, and more. Duraflow has multiple manufacturing units across the country and a vast distribution network.
Role Description: Full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager in Islamabad. Responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong background in Quality Control and Production Management
- Proficiency in Operations Management
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the plastic industry is a plus
