Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our factory warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using both manual and computerized systems.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or similar role, preferably in a factory setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory control and stock management techniques.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
