Job Description
Digicraft is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Officer to become part of our growing team. In this dynamic position, you will utilize your exceptional communication abilities, enthusiasm for customer service, and hands-on experience with online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through online chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Manage and process customer orders via our Shopify store.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and follow-up inquiries.
- Boost our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00/month.
