Job Description
Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture (Major in Agronomy)
Experience:
- At least 6 – 12 months of farm experience preferred
Job Profile/Responsibilities:
- Expertise in land development for agricultural farming in sandy areas
- Manage farm operations, especially during development phase
- Plan and schedule planting, harvesting, and maintain production records
- Develop and maintain financial records
- Ensure proper stock of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides
- Knowledge of livestock farming an advantage
- Maintain equipment efficiency and oversee repair and maintenance
