Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd seeks a disciplined Farm Supervisor to manage day-to-day farm operations. Responsibilities include overseeing sowing through harvest, applying fertilizers and pesticides safely, operating and maintaining tractors during harvesting, recording per-acre yields, and reporting production or operational issues to senior management.
- Education: Matriculation and intermediate level
- Experience: 5–6 years of practical agricultural experience
- Skills: Tractor operation, pesticide knowledge, harvesting, and clear reporting
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
