Job Description
Esire is excited to announce an opening for a talented Female Fashion Designer (BFOQ requirement) committed to enhancing our online apparel sales experience. This position emphasizes product fitting and size evaluation, particularly for women’s leather jackets and apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fit testing on female models.
- Review and standardize size sets.
- Collaborate on size chart standardization.
- Recommend modifications for fit issues.
- Ensure quality and sizing consistency.
- Benchmark competitor fits.
- Contribute to the development of women’s fashion styles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong design portfolio.
