Responsibilities:

As a Fashion Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from order initiation to the final delivery of impeccably crafted garments. Your role will involve coordinating and managing various stages of production with precision and attention to detail.

Key Tasks:

• Order Processing:
• Collaborate with the head to understand order requirements and expectations.
• Translate collection sketches and instructions into actionable production plans.
• Pattern Cutting and Fabric Management:
• Liaise with master Saab for precise pattern cutting based on given designs.
• Efficiently manage fabric consumption to optimize resources and minimize waste.
• Embroidery Pattern Development:
• Coordinate with the khaka (embroidery) team for the development of intricate embroidery patterns.
• Ensure the accurate translation of design elements onto the fabric.
• Dying and Embellishment Coordination:
• Oversee the dying process, ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with the embellishment team to apply additional design elements as required.
• Production Oversight:
• Manage the production team, overseeing each step of the garment creation process.
• Ensure that production timelines are met without compromising quality standards.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures at every stage of production.
• Address and rectify any issues that may arise to maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship.
• Final Finishing and Delivery:
• Supervise the final steam press process to achieve a polished and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with the embellishment head for the last-minute touches.
• Ensure garments are meticulously hung on the rail for final inspection and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion production management.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and embellishment techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Salary: 80k-100k
