Job Description
Win-Win Solutions is on the lookout for a highly motivated Final Expense (FE) Policy Closer to finalize and secure insurance policies. The ideal candidate will effectively address client objections, ensure seamless policy completion, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to successfully close Final Expense insurance policies.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, offering tailored solutions.
- Address objections and clearly explain policy benefits.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
Requirements: Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
This is a night shift position from 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM, located in Rawalpindi.
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
