Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is looking for a well-groomed, confident, and efficient Female Front Desk Officer to act as the face of our organization. As the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in upholding our professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors
- Professionally manage incoming calls
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Coordinate appointment schedules
- Handle correspondence and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes
- Assist with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
