Ayk Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Female HR Assistant to support our HR department’s administrative functions. The role entails coordinating meetings, maintaining employee databases, and posting job advertisements. You will serve as a vital communication link between HR and employees, promoting swift resolution of inquiries and requests.
Your responsibilities include assisting with HR operations, managing records, coordinating HR projects, handling employee inquiries, and supporting payroll preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, have at least 6 months of experience, and remain composed under pressure.

Salary: Rs15,00.00 – Rs25,00.00/month
