Job Description
One World Immigration Law Consultant is seeking a qualified Female HR Manager to develop and execute impactful recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, identifying training needs, and managing employee relations. You will maintain HR records, oversee payroll and benefits, and collaborate with department heads to enhance workforce satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
