Job Description
Safety Star (Pvt) Ltd is actively searching for a dedicated Female HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and cultivate a positive workplace culture at our Sialkot office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate performance management and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
